Monica Miller is the family law paralegal.  Monica’s legal career has been primarily in family law, including dissolution of marriage, legal separation, custody modification, child support modification, adoption, paternity, and appellate cases.  She has also worked with wills, trusts, living wills, and real estate transfers.

Born in Salem, Indiana, she grew up in Greenfield, Indiana and attended Indiana State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology.  Monica served as an intern for the Indiana State Department of Correction, Division of Parole Services and the Terre Haute Police Department. 

Monica is married to Michael and they have six children.  She attends Bethel Baptist Church and strongly values her relationship with the Lord.  Monica enjoys spending time with her family, participating in church activities and volunteering for the Girl Scouts.
