Responses to Notice of Intent to Deny
Temporary Protective Status

"Recently, a client came to me after he received a denial of his green card application that had been in the system for over two years.
"In just a few months, I was able to help him finally obtain his green card. He called me in tears when he received the card in the mail.
"It’s those moments that remind me of why I got into this field in the first place. "
Why I love this work
The US immigration system is complicated and overwhelming. I strive to provide clients with peace of mind, knowing they have someone knowledgeable looking out for their best interest.
I consider complex problem solving my specialty and I am always looking for creative ways to get clients out of a bind.
I grew up in North Texas, but moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas to attend the University of Arkansas. I received my law degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. GO GREEN!
Outside of the office, I spend most of my free time running along the Monon in the crazy Indiana weather.
Wave if you see me!
A good immigration attorney brings clients peace of mind.
S
ince graduating law school,
I have dedicated my entire career
to immigration law. I have assisted clients from all over the world solve complex immigration issues.
Many attorneys just learn the basics of immigration law so that they can add immigration law to their long list of “specialties,” but they never fully understand the nuances. I believe a good immigration attorney operates within the nuances of the law.
I chose immigration law as a focus because it was a complicated area of law that I felt like I could master to really make a difference in people’s lives.
Over the years, I have helped clients overcome difficult immigration situations to finally be able to legalize their status.
